End Date: 11/17/26 Schedule: Day; 8am-4:30pm, M-F Location: Richardson, TX Job Code: 10580 Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Services and Support Coordinator to work with our client, an American electronics manufacturer, in Richardson, TX. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits. Job Description: This Services and Support Coordinator position is for a key individual who will work remotely supporting both internal and external customer's experience with solutions, processes, and services. Specific Duties Include:
  • Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives according to prescribed procedures and requests.
  • Establish and maintain close communication with both internal and external customers to ensure optimal performance in support services and contractual obligations.
  • Communicates with customers for issue resolution and response.
  • Solves a broad range of service / support requests varying in scope and complexity.
Requirements:
  • May require some higher education or specialized training/ certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically, minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications including Outlook and Excel.
  • Experienced use of web-based CSM or order fulfillment software is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Test & Measurement industry is a plus.
  • Experience with database tracking and management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers.
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
  • Will require understanding of general and technical aspects of various contract requirements and processes.
  • Need to be able to document processes and work instructions.
  • Ability work with reports and perform data analysis.
  • Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions.
  • Based on customer requirements, candidate must able to pass a background check.
