Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a talented quality team, fostering continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee production planning and supplier development, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and drive process enhancements.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain certifications (e.g., ISO), conduct audits, and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Analyze performance data, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and track progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing quality teams within a manufacturing environment, with a strong technical background in quality systems, supplier management, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with quality standards, such as Six Sigma and ISO 9001.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive, people-centered culture.
