Runwise is looking for a Director of Business Development to expand our footprint in the Tri State Area. This person will be responsible for deepening our relationship with key building owners and property managers. This candidate will work alongside our quota-carrying Account Executives to help them open up new deal cycles, speed up existing deal cycles, and grow existing accounts. This candidate will be trusted as the customer-facing ambassador of Runwise to the buildings that we can drive the most value for.
Runwise (www.runwise.com) is a fast-paced, customer-focused climate-tech startup that controls and runs the key energy systems (heating, water, etc…) in 8,000+ buildings throughout the US. Runwise's unique hardware and software service significantly reduces energy usage, substantially lowering costs and carbon output. As of today, Runwise's technology takes the equivalent of 100,000 cars worth of carbon emissions off the road each year.
As the Director of Business Development at Runwise you will have the ability to manage your own time, set priorities, meet and exceed monthly goals, and work directly with our Co-Founder, Chief Growth Officer and the Head of Sales on the most pressing initiatives within our rapidly scaling business.
