The role:
The Global Compensation & Benefits Director will be responsible for designing, managing, and evolving compensation and benefits programs globally, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with Armis' strategic goals. This role will partner closely with the People team, Finance, and leadership teams to create compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits plans that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in global compensation frameworks, and deep knowledge of benefits programs in various countries where Armis operates.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $140,000-180,000 per year.
