POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for high level team support to multiple Marketing leaders. The successful candidate will be able to partner in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of attention to detail, professionalism and confidentiality. This polished and engaging professional will use their flawless communication skills while collaborating with multiple leaders simultaneously to deliver clear and concise templated job descriptions and provide power point support with the goal of clearly communicating organization updates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create SharePoint folder system, gather and organize all new job descriptions for future reference
- Partner with multiple leaders simultaneously to collect details for new roles and format them in a job description template
- Gain internal alignment by seeking feedback and managing revisions/approvals
- Handle highly confidential and/or sensitive departmental matters with discretion and tact
- Prepared to work approximately 20 hours a week
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of administration; project management or human resources work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience driving efficiency through use of AI when writing job descriptions a plus
- Passion and strength for organization
- Mastery of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver actionable and complete tasks against multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen, simplify, and disseminate information tailored to the target audience
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow-up and organization
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
- Minimum high school diploma: BA/BS preferred
Compensation:The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.00– $33.78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
