Description: TGC is partnered with one of its top clients in the Waukesha County area looking to add a new Quality Manager to the team. As Quality Manager, you'll oversee our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring our products consistently meet industry standards and customer expectations. You will lead inspections, monitor production processes, conduct internal audits, and implement corrective actions. Your role is vital in maintaining the ISO 9001 certification and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and maintain a QMS aligned with ISO 9001 standards.Act as the main contact for external auditors to maintain ISO compliance.Monitor and analyze quality metrics, driving corrective actions and improvements.Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and manage non-conformance reports.Oversee product inspections and work closely with suppliers on quality adherence.Lead quality improvement initiatives and deliver training across all employee levels.Prepare and present quality performance reports, highlighting KPIs and improvement areas.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field preferred Solid experience in QMS and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience supporting a metals manufacturing environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Access/Excel and ERP systems.Why Join Us?
