Interacting with airline passengers via premier clubroom/bar environment in a professional and pleasant mannerWelcoming guests by name and assisting them throughout their stayKnowledgeable about the lounge, each customer and the surrounding areaCommunicating with the customer over the phone and in personProvides all the information that guests need to enjoy their stay. This may include providing information on the facilities and the services able to be booked.Hand out a wide range of pamphlets and brochures as neededCertification and/or Food Handlers / Food Managers Permit, as applicablePossessing basic working knowledge of alcoholic beveragesPerforming cash and credit card sales transactions via POS system or cash register, including making changeCompleting paperwork related to daily sales, cash handling, passenger counts and miscellaneous reportingRequired qualifications:* Legally authorized to work in the United States* 18 years or older* Background check
