We are seeking driven individuals passionate about building a career in operations management, dedicated to exceptional client service, and committed to growing our membership sales culture. As an Associate Director, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple locations in Broward County, working closely with current directors and upper management to master all aspects of spa operations, team management, and membership sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Training: Work under the guidance of experienced directors to understand daily spa operations, employee management, and client engagement strategies.
- Membership Sales Excellence: Develop strong sales skills, focusing on our membership program, with a commitment to driving and growing our sales culture. Prove your ability to meet and exceed membership sales targets.
- Rotational Assignments: Train across multiple locations in Broward County, providing support to various teams and familiarizing yourself with different operational challenges and opportunities.
- Client Experience: Learn best practices for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Team Development: Assist in hiring, training, and motivating team members to deliver the highest level of service, fostering a strong culture of membership growth.
- Operational Excellence: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our operational standards, including scheduling, inventory, and financial oversight. Position Requirements:
