At Spread Your Wings LLC., we are dedicated to providing a wide range of services to intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals.WE TAKE PRIDE IN THE DIFFERENCE WE MAKE IN THE LIVES OF THOSE WE SUPPORT AND SO COULD YOU!In this position, you are given the general liberty to make your own daily and weekly schedules based on understanding the clients' monthly hourly needs and by working with the client's availability and their desired days and times that work best for them. You will be responsible for taking and documenting daily service/case notes and writing quarterly progress reports for the individuals assigned to you. 90% of your time will be spent in the field working with clients and the other 10% will be administrative work, such as writing reports, documentation, emails, etc. As part of this position, you will also be required to attend monthly training meetings at a SYW's branch office and communicate regularly with both your ILS Program Manager and your client's RC service coordinators.The Ideal Coach is:
    • Available to work Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and occasionally on Saturdays

    • Computer literate and tech-savvy with basic computer skills and intermediate knowledge of using MS Word and Excel
    • Excellent communicator in all aspects is a mustPreferred Education / Experience:
      • High School Diploma or GED
      • A degree in a related field is desired, although it's not required. We focus primarily on candidates with a great work ethic, a positive personality that is warm, and inviting.
      • Experience in a related field: ILS, SLS, caregiving, CNA, teaching, coaching, a history of working with children or adults with IDD or other disabilities.We at Spread Your Wings ILS Services value and believe that:
