This person should be a solutions-oriented leader with the ability to be boots on the ground to get the work done. In addition, this person is a terrific communicator, professional, and has an enthusiasm for community. With significant experience in a senior level leadership role including management experience.Responsibilities include overseeing operations as it relates to maintenance projects, repairs, building improvements, club cleanliness, vendor follow up, quality of work throughout the building and more. In addition to managing teams and projects this role also includes the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new team members. Including a thoughtful training process to help new hires understand our business and workflow. This role is about the management of teams just as much as it is about the ability to execute projects. Sometimes that means physically working with teams on bigger projects throughout the building.We are a creative and innovative business. When problems arise, we collaborate and share ideas that come from a place of yes.     • Minimum of 5 years in a manager or director leadership role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Weekend availability, this role requires working one full day a weekend.
    • Strong ability to problem solve and adapt to situations as they arise.
