Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI EligibilitySummary: Unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company which leverages Artificial Intelligence systems and software engineering solutions to support DoD clients in solving very complex Command & Communications (C2) problems. We're seeking someone who can lead, manage, and execute wargaming and experimentation efforts. This includes close collaboration with the Chief Digital Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), Combatant Commander (CCMD) staff, government agencies, FVEY nations, and other relevant stakeholders. This role involves working with cross- functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation through tool development, and improve planning processes. The position also contributes to company initiatives, strategic growth, and showcasing expertise to stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have DoD operational experience, possess the ability to lead and work within a diverse team construct, own a business acumen sufficient to identify growth opportunities, and demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with government customers, key stakeholders, and peer level contractors.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage wargaming and experimentation efforts to meet organizational goals and client needs, particularly in collaboration with the Chief Digital Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO).Design and execute operational mission threads, workflows, and battle rhythms to support GIDE exercises and events.Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including personnel from various services, combatant commands, and coalition partners.Establish processes and procedures to improve efficiency, coordination, and functionality for CDAO and GIDE initiatives.Stay abreast of customer trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share insights and thought leadership internally and externally through whitepapers, blogs, and presentations.Serve as EXCON during GIDE exercises, offering leadership in event execution, data analysis, and reporting.Prepare and deliver end-of-day reports, after-action reviews (AARs), and other documentation to key stakeholders and leadership.Coordinate and host planning meetings and technical exchange meetings (TEMs) to align external stakeholders with GIDE objectives.Contribute to the strategic growth of IDS by showcasing company capabilities and supporting business development initiatives.Required Skills and Qualifications:10+ years of Department of Defense-related operational experience.Strong proficiency in designing and implementing workflows, operational mission threads, and planning processes.Experience with developing tools, templates, and process improvements to enhance organizational functionality.Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities to include managing cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g. Masters) a bonus
