Follows departmental procedures to ensure proper operation of food service equipment, maintaining safety and functionality. Inventories and stocks bulk supplies as per established procedures, ensuring proper quantities are available within designated timeframes. Serves patient meal trays using the designated department script, ensuring proper patient identification and personalized service. Busses tables and sanitizes tables and chairs, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area. Delivers meals to residents' rooms when requested, ensuring timely and accurate service. Prepares and sets tables for the next meal according to the Food Service Guidelines Manual, ensuring proper setup and readiness.
