Serves as the manager of the SC Department of Public Health Information Security Compliance department. Will assist in the creation and implementation of the IT Compliance program. This program will assist the various Office of Information Technology areas in developing and implementing best practices to reduce risks to the agency. Will be responsible for establishing an annual assessment program to validate the implementation and effectiveness of IT processes. Align Compliance Departments activities and goals with agency Mission, Vision, and Strategy. Assist in the development of an IT assessment and audit plan. Oversee the development, implementation, and validations of DPH IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
