Job Role: IT Specialist Job Summary:
At QuickVisit Urgent Care, we provide accessible, affordable healthcare in rural Iowa. We offer a broad range of services such as onsite x-ray, health management, cold and flu treatment, sutures, and much more. We are currently looking for a full-time IT Specialist to join our team!
The IT Specialist will provide day to day local and remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and resolve challenges with hardware and software. You will work with both the operational and clinical team to drive efficiency, patient privacy, and overall satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring network security, managing software applications, reporting, and providing technical support to our employees.
Job Duties:
Provide contact and problem resolution with customer issues.
Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate customer issues.
Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
Learn ins and outs of everyday systems (eClinical Works, Solv Health RingCentral, etc.)
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 10 Pro, Microsoft Office 365, and other desktop applications.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other computer hardware.
This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
Ability to multi-task effectively, determine priorities, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and internal customer service skills.
Willing to travel to Iowa locations and work off-hours and weekends when required.
