Job DescriptionSlavic401k is looking for a driven and thought-provoking Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Manager to support our growing Finance organization. As a key leader, you will be responsible for the creation and oversight of analytics, KPIs, dashboards, business cases, models, and metrics to provide actional insight to the executive team that drive growth (organic and M&A). Further, you will work closely with the CFO to develop an FP&A organization including recruiting and training new staff members. The FP&A Senior Manager will also be responsible for overseeing and assisting with Budgets and Forecasts, enhanced variance analysis, and reporting. Essential Functions
  • Recruit, develop, manage and mentor a small team of analysts, providing direction, support, and empowerment in both day-to-day work and overall professional development
  • Develop new analytics and reporting to understand financial performance and communicate results to Executive Leadership, highlighting trends, business insights and actionable recommendations
  • Direct and manage the budget/forecasting process for revenue & operating expenses
  • Ensure accurate and timely production of reporting for flashes, monthly closes, and quarterly budget reports
  • Perform and oversee acquisition analyses and business cases for product expansion
  • Lead preparation of monthly/quarterly slides for Board Meetings and operational reviews
  • Complete special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional business judgment, attention to detail and analytical/decision making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
  • Self- starter with the ability to work independently under general supervision while keeping supervisor informed
  • Flexibility and openness to change; comfort making decisions amidst ambiguity
  • Experience working as a business partner to operational groups
  • Willingness to perform hands-on analysis as needed
  • Advanced excel skills including strong data manipulation skills
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting related discipline required; MBA is a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis
  • 2 to 3+ years of managerial experience

What's in it for you PackageThis role will have a base pay range of $125,000-$155,000 annual salary. Please know, this is the base range only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for this role. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
