Job Location : Naples,FL, USA
The CSM's responsibility is to manage and oversee successful client relationships based on the
technical services and products delivered by the Element team. These services include the
design, development, and implementation of projects, management of ongoing services,
oversee issues / ticket resolutions cloud services. The CSM will also be responsible for
developing and generating the work to be delivered by Element Professional Services team.
This includes overseeing all tasks, meetings, client communications and Element team
members involved in service delivery. Recommendations and delivery of Element services in
the form of Technology Business Reviews on a Quarterly, Semi Annual or Annual basis to meet
client objectives and budgets will also be a key function. The CSM will need to be able to
generate their own quotes while working with product management and engineers for accuracy
and review prior to delivery. The true key to success for the CSM will be to ensure the overall
client happiness and success of Element within our client base helping our clients meet their
overall business objectives.
General job duties:
Contact existing customer base regularly to determine needs for additional products and services.
Establish regular cadence to meet with client based on needs to drive technology change.
Prepare status emails and document status meetings both internally and with clients.
Monitor and track licensing status for clients to ensure compliance and timely renewals.
Maintain current information for all current vendors, distributors and partners including agreements,
contracts, account numbers, and contact information in CW Manage.
Act as primary liaison between Company and current vendors, distributors and partners.
Provide timely and accurate proposals/quotes to customers as needed or requested by clients.
Research for accuracy any new or unknow technologies or licenses to assist client with needs.
Review Sales trends and recommend strategies to address needs.
Create supporting materials (presentations, reports, etc) for scheduled meetings with clients.
Maintain Opportunities in CW Manage and keep current as to status of opportunities
Improve personal and professional technical knowledge to understand and guide client needs.
Qualifications:
Experience
* Two-year technical degree, AA or 4 year degree.
* 1-5 years experience successfully managing technical client relationships for 25 to 150 user
environments.
* 1-5 years experience quoting and recommending technical stack within client base
* 1-5 years experience selling technology solutions which may include, desktops/laptops, servers, SAN's,
NAS's, firewalls, routers, switches, Anti-virus, backups, O365, or any cloud based solutions.
* Proven technical ability
* Proven ability to communicate effectively to understand problems and explain solutions

* Must possess mobility to work in standard office setting and use standard office equipment
* Must possess ability to work remotely either at home or at client locations
* Must have dedicated work area if working from home away from distractions and professional in
appearance
* Stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions
* Vision to read printed materials and computer screens
* Possess reliable transportation with capacity to transport equipment such as workstations or servers.
* Possess reliable transportation to work outside o f standard work hours when needed
* Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds (from time to time)
