Marketing Clerk
Full-time marketing clerk needed 8a-5p M-F, overtime as needed. Responsible for various clerical tasks, data entry, claims processing, phone inquiries and other tasks as assigned. Training available.
Essential Functions:
* Must be able to perform data entry tasks sitting at computer terminal for extended periods of time.
* Must have clerical skills; reading part numbers, typing and accurate data entry on computer terminal.
* Must answer phone and field inquiry calls, as needed.
* Process program claims - research and gather any missing information, determine credit amount, issue credits.
* Must be able to learn the product line well enough to assist customers and dealers.
* Must have a high attention to detail.
* Must work well both alone and with others.
