We are one of the largest Home Improvement companies in the area with one of the most recognized names in our field. Your team will have a warm list to call from. We are looking for someone to manage 5-12 callers that are able to set leads for our sales staff. We have over 5,000 warm leads to be called on ! This candidate would also be responsible for overseeing our Internet marketing department as it relates to lead generation with cost and expectations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Develops and manages marketing operating budgets for Telemarketing Dept. Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
