Responsibilities

Revolution is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Stuttgart, AR! In this pivotal individual contributor role, you'll oversee and drive HR initiatives across multiple sites. Reporting to the Regional HR Director, this role will also partner closely with the Plant Manager to ensure seamless operations.   • Effectively executes the strategic and tactical actions per corporate vision and goals.
  • Focuses on organizational talent, staff development, career planning, & succession planning.
  • Ensures the company meets legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
  • Assists managers with recruiting, interviewing, screening, and hiring qualified employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Direct new employee orientation & the on-boarding process to foster positive attitudes.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Writes or reviews effective company-wide communications.
  • Leads the implementation of the talent review process & pay administration and ensures equity within the organization.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Three years of relevant HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Professional SHRM certification preferred.
  • Experience with DOT preferred.
  • Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite to work in relevant systems such as HRIS, Payroll systems, and Applicant Tracking System, etc.
  • Strong customer service orientation and proven ability to lead through collaboration, positive interpersonal skills, problem resolution, and a desire to do the right thing.
  • Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
  • Pragmatic and action-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions and priorities.
  • Reliable and personable; enjoy working with diverse individuals and ensuring employee requirements and needs are met first.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position will support multiple shifts and must be able to maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Maintains confidentiality and high ethical standards.
  • Manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Self-directed and motivated.
