Join the team at Northwest Ohio Auto Parts as an Auto Parts Counter Sales Rep! We are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in finding the right auto parts

Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase territory sales

Conduct sales presentations and attend trade shows to promote products

Prospect new customers through cold calling and outside sales efforts

Provide consultative sales approach to meet customer needs

Maintain accurate records

Job Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales or auto parts industry
• Demonstrated success in sales growth and meeting sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
