In addition to a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $115,000, this position offers the chance to work closely with clients to create stunning outdoor spaces.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts for landscape services, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Coordinate a variety of projects including lawn care, irrigation, and hardscapes overseeing each step of the process
  • Utilize extensive horticulture knowledge to enhance landscape design, creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor environments
  • Conduct detailed estimating to provide accurate project quotes and ensure all work stays within budget constraints
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Implement innovative sustainability practices in landscape management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive landscape solutions
  • Job Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree, with additional certifications in landscaping or horticulture preferred
    • Proven experience in landscaping and territory sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the English language, with excellent communication skills
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel to various client locations
    • Ability to pass background checks and E-Verify, ensuring compliance with company policies
    • Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and environmental regulations
    • Experience with landscape design software and project management tools
