The Trupiano-Ketron Agency is expanding due to back-to-back years of record growth in our local market.
We are looking for a professional, ambitious, and self motivated leader to be a part of our team as we continue to build and grow in East Tennessee.

We partner with municipalities, school systems, local businesses and non-profits to make employee benefits available at no-cost to the organization. We financially support employees and families in local communities during times of need. Our services allow families to navigate tough times when the unexpected happens in life.
We are seeking someone to become an essential member of our team! Someone who will take charge to implement the vision, mission, and core values established by theTrupiano-Ketron Agency.
Compensation:
Average $55,000 - $80,000 in year one; uncapped commission
Responsibilities:
- Connect with business owners utilizing our SalesForce platform
- Consult with HR directors about much needed employee benefit programs
- Utilize proven company systems to partner with different types of organizations
- Assist with the management of our current book of business
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly production and growth goals
- Follow established activity model for success
Qualifications:
- Professionalism in representation of the company
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to be coached, and take constructive criticism
- Desire to make a positive impact in the community
- Good organization and communication skills
- A passion for helping people
Career Growth:

The position requires local travel. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and vehicle, and be able to pass a background check. The position requires use of a personal phone and laptop.
