As a leading nationwide provider of signage, facilities maintenance, and energy services, our client serves some of the largest and most recognizable brands across the U.S. We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our client's diverse team that is committed to providing long-term, innovative solutions that make a difference. Remote position with 15% - 20% travel required. Salary: $70,000/yr. Territory Manager responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement daily face-to-face and virtual interactions with doctors and staff to educate on company services and increase referrals and revenue.
  • Research potential customers (physicians, practices, and hospital administrators) to identify service opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and identify new business prospects.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong product and disease state knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant company stakeholders for operational and product improvements.
  • Report all activities through the CRM system and meet or exceed sales goals while managing budget and adhering to company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, with 5+ years of sales or new business development experience in a hospital/clinic environment preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital executives, and healthcare professionals, particularly in neurology.
  • Strong knowledge of the payor/insurance environment, including CPT codes and insurance billing.
  • Experience managing client relationships and navigating the technical, clinical, and financial aspects of sales in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to travel for training and strategy meetings and work independently with minimal supervision.
