Pay Rate: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to take a leadership role in overseeing the care of our residents during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Care and Supervision

• Administer nursing care and treatment to residents during overnight hours.
• Establish, implement, and evaluate resident treatment and care plans.
• Monitor changes in resident symptoms or behaviors and report findings to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure effective care plans.
• Educate residents on health maintenance, disease prevention, and overall wellness.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and their families, ensuring a compassionate care environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all residents.

Leadership and Coordination

• Supervise nursing staff during overnight shifts, ensuring efficient care delivery.
• Ensure all nursing activities comply with state regulations and facility protocols.
• Act as a point of contact for any urgent care needs during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Required: Current NYS RN license in good standing.
• Previous nursing experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with NYS Department of Health regulations and guidelines.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
