Position Details

Start Date: April 21, 2025

Schedule: Ongoing coverage with a 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off rotation

Responsibilities:

• Manage hematology oncology cases in an outpatient setting
• No call responsibilities
• No telehealth

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Licensed in Wisconsin or eligible for Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
• BLS certification required
