Responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of program operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks. Assist AFGSC CRAFT Program Director with planning, scheduling, execution, and validation of the AFGSC human performance program efficiency and effectiveness. Provide the technical expertise and advice in the implementation, execution, update and sustainment of human performance program courseware and other deliverables. Maintain situational awareness on expanding best practices and concepts for developing course content, execution of training, and evaluation criteria. Organize, collect, analyze, and present statistical information related to program effectiveness to the COR no less than quarterly. Manage data produced during the course development and execution. Recommend changes (additions or deletions) to program content after the completion of each course, based on both staff and student feedback.
