Justin Garner Dentistry LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced High Value Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dental office. Job Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during dental procedures Setup operatories and break them down after procedures. Utilize office software for charting and treatment planning Conduct four-handed dentistry techniques for optimal efficiency Effectively communicate with patients and staff to establish a smooth patient flow. Assist with helping to educate patients on their care. Take quality radiographs Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with procedures ranging from operative to endodontics, oral surgery, dentures and implants. Keeping dental cases organized and prepare for morning huddle. Benefits: 401(k) plan Paid Time Off Salary: $22.00/ hr to $25.00/hr range based on level of skills.
