Our mission here at Spero is to offer hope, help and healing by providing Christ-centered human services to meet the ever-changing needs of individuals, families and communities.*Job Purpose: *Responsible for the supervision and oversight of programs as assigned. Provide direct supervision and support to assigned staff.*Key Responsibilities:**Program Duties (Direct Program Supervision):** *Personnel Management: *Provide direct supervision of staff as assigned. Duties may include training, performance reviews, and providing corrective action plans when necessary.* *Workforce: *Continuous improvement of the overall quality of workforce. Duties may include overseeing the recruitment and retention of staff as assigned, interviewing and hiring, and providing training, oversight and support.* *Financials:* Execute each program's annual budget/business plan. Execute each business plan in order to meet the financial expectation as defined in the annual budget approved by the Spero Board of Directors/CEO/CFO.* *Client Outcomes:* Ensure agency and program needs are met through regular, documented, direct contact with assigned Program Managers. Participate in regular reviews with the Performance and Quality Improvement Director to ensure Spero's commitment to providing quality services is upheld.* *Compliance/Risk Management:* Monitor and ensure continual compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as accreditation standards. Apply sound risk management controls related to all program procedures, client care, and staff support. Provide active oversight of all contract procedures, services, and evaluations. Ensure that all program paperwork is completed and submitted both timely and accurately. Monitor internal/external agency service audits and/or investigations. Monitor and maintain program utilization and initiate action to ensure census management to meet program goals and operate within program budgets.* *Spiritual Life Opportunities:* Ensure the availability of spiritual life opportunities to clients. Support and encourage a wholistic approach to working with clients. This includes ensuring spiritual, mental, and physical aspects are addressed.* *Stakeholder Relations:* Assist in representing Spero and advocating for services through state and national associations and networking organizations including UMA, ICOY and CBHA. Actively participate in the development and recruitment of staff, clients and business opportunities.* *Other:* Actively collaborate with Spero leadership to develop strategies and agency goals to ensure the future success of the agency. Attend Board and Committee meetings as needed and provide reports as assigned. Other duties as assigned by the President/CEO.*Clinical Supervision** *Clinical Direction: *Provide clinical guidance, oversight, and consultation for all Spero Community Programs. Duties may include assistance with evidence-based interventions for clinical treatment of clients, case consultation, clinical supervision, and training. Includes personnel management of all therapists in community programs.*Minimum Qualifications:* Master's Degree in a Human Services, previous experience in clinical mental health and intensive clinical treatment of children and adolescents, and previous supervisory experience.*Preferred Qualifications: *Current LCSW or LCPC licensure, 5 years of previous clinical program management experience.*Skills: *Must be organized, able to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, and detail oriented. Must be able to interact with, and relate to, diverse groups of people. Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills and have the ability to recognize and report issues or concerns pertaining to program operations. Must have experience and knowledge in a variety evidence-based clinical intervention. Must be able to work collaboratively with program managers/clinicians and have sound knowledge of trauma informed practices.*Miscellaneous: *Must pass all pre-employment drug screens and background clearances.
