Job SummaryProfessional care provider who assesses, plans, implements,and evaluates the nursing care of intraoperative patients. In collaborationwith the patient and family, provides theory-based professional nursing careand coordinates care delivery with various members of the interdisciplinaryteam.
Minimum Qualifications:Education/Training: BSN preferred. Associatedegree from an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's degreeenrollment required within 1 year of start date and completion within 4 years.Experience: Minimum of two to three yearsof OR experience. Proficient in circulating and scrub. Experience in at least one of our top servicelines Neuro, Ortho and/or Plastics. Precepting experience preferred. License/Certification: Current license as aRegistered Nurse in the state or jurisdiction of the facility seekingemployment, or Multistate Compact state or license eligible. CPR certificationrequired by completion of introductory period. CNOR certification preferred.
