- Maintain and support computer networks, hardware, systems software, applications, and configurations.
- Provide first-level support for software and hardware issues via email, phone, and in person contact.
- Setup, install software, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and peripherals.
- Perform and document preventative maintenance and tests.
- Use ticketing systems to log, track, and escalate service requests.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, replacing components as necessary.
- Stay updated on technological advancements.
- Coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
- Perform administrative duties such as analyzing, processing, documenting, and recording data.
- Communicate with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and external contacts to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
Requirements, Tools, and Education
- This position reports directly to the Information Technology Manager.
- This position is considered regular, full-time, and requires a minimum in-office schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience considered.

- Remote control software, DNS, network directory services software, Defect tracking software, HP LoadRunner, personal computer diagnostic software, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office 365, Active directory MS Server 2019, MS SQL, Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Media storage management software, encryption software, McAfee, Symantec, and virus scanning software.
- Support all company-used software.
- Must agree to (and pass) a background check, physical (if applicable), and drug screening testing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in English language structure, composition, and grammar.
- Effective communication skills: speaking, active listening, reading comprehension, written, oral expression, and oral comprehension.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around personal workspace.
