The Custodian will be responsible for performing cleaning duties and ensuring that all areas are safe, sanitary, and welcoming for employees, students, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate, three checked and verified references, ability to read and follow basic written and oral instructions, demonstrated aptitude for the successful completion of assigned tasks. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to function under pressure in courteous, efficient, and effective manner. Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs., climb, push, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and reach. Must possess good eyesight including depth perception to perform at safely optimum level.
