Enjoy great benefits, state retirement plans, generous leave packages, including 11+ paid holidays and regular hours.Job Responsibilities: Provide carpentry services to assist in the on-going maintenance of campus/local agricultural buildings and for remodel and renovation projects.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of:

• Experience in a variety of carpenter specialties, including framing & sheetrock, flooring, trim, windows, doors, roofing (metal or shingles), custom building repairs, and renovations/remodel projects.
• Safe working practices

Skill & Ability to:

• Work with various types of power and hand tools
• Read construction drawings and technical information.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate as a contributing member in a team environment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new things.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, work from heights (ladders, scaffolding, lift equipment)
• Work outside in extreme weather conditions.
