Key Responsibilities

  • Culture & Engagement
  • Plan and execute local and virtual company culture events to promote engagement and collaboration.
  • Create monthly social content celebrating employee milestones, holidays, and other milestones.
  • Onboarding & Employee Support
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Facilitate and manage pre-employment background checks to ensure compliance and integrity in hiring processes.
  • Office Management
  • Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure the workspace is organized, welcoming, and optimized for productivity
  • HR Assistance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, files, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement HR initiatives and projects that align with organizational goals.
  • Stay informed on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.
  • Compliance & Process Management
  • Ensure all HR activities, including onboarding, record-keeping, and employee engagement, comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Regularly review and update processes to align with best practices and changes in regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in HR, office management, or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance priorities effectively in a part-time capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR processes (e.g., onboarding, background checks) and office tools is a plus.
