Role Overview:
This role is pivotal in developing and implementing the partnerships and advocacy arm of the SEEN Group, which focuses on influencer marketing and creator relations from a nano to macro scale.
The role centers around bringing to life our newest platform, CXS, which connects beauty obsessed micro/nano advocates with coveted beauty brands through ongoing campaigns and activations, social strategy as well as content and creator engagement.
Alongside working on the CXS platform, this role will also contribute to social strategy and content creation for the CXS social channels and assist with new business outreach and development.
You will be working alongside a small agile team with a flat structure, so the ideal candidate has a sense of responsibility in delivering their role and working both collectively and autonomously, alongside being passionate about all thing beauty and social. As this is a role in the social / digital landscape, it is a fast-paced department and requires a profile comfortable with problem-solving and finding new ways for success in an ever-changing industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
CXS Platform Management & Campaign Execution:
- Manage CXS platform with a specific focus on growing our database of creators, keeping it up to date, well segmented, and accurate. Be the expert in constantly identifying, engaging with and recruiting new creators.
- Lead CXS Campaigns, inclusive of organic seedings and paid content campaigns. Execute with a focus on hitting provided Campaign KPIs, problem solving and looking to improve results from Campaign to Campaign. Must also be skilled in client-facing communication, comfortable in strategic counsel, showcasing results, and ensuring overall client happiness.
- Create compelling copy and ideation for content briefs to engage the community and meet brand deliverables via social, mailers and live launches.
- Manage coordination of brand campaigns in regards to sampling and mailers via a third-party logistics partner, ensuring all send-outs are on-time, in budget and delivered to brand expectations.
- Be a social listening expert identifying key trending narratives across social platforms including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok
- Engage in all Community creator and brand partnerships professionally complying to legal and platorm guidelines in all communications and activations
Social and Content Creation:
- Work closely with the team to activate social strategy growing following, engagement for Community x SEEN + SEEN Group social channels.
- Ability to create beauty-focused 1-2 pieces of beauty-focused content a week to generate engagement and connect with CXS Members. Team Members must be comfortable being on camera, speaking and showcasing their face on CXS socials.
- Complete expertise in content creation is not a requirement, however, a will to learn quickly to become an expert is required.
- Social listening - identify and jump on latest trending narratives to produce content that is both relevant and engaging for brands and creators.
New Business Support:
- Own organization and update of all new business documents from outreach lists to case studies.
- Ongoing identification and sourcing of contacts for potential new business, as well as initial outreach.
- Assistance on calls and meetings to take minutes as well as post-meeting delivery of information to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- College Degree in Marketing/Communications/PR or related field.
- 3+ years working in the influencer space in the realms of beauty, lifestyle or fashion, with a specific passion for beauty
- Fluency in the digitial, social and influencer landscapes
- Current and growing relationships with agents, influencers, and key contacts within the industry
- Creativity and a love for content – you'll be creating your own content, not just managing someone else's
