At the Chandler, AZ site, the Saras Micro Devices (SMD) Semiconductor Production Technician will work on-site to provide technical support to engineers to ensure production goals of the organization are met. They will provide technical assistance related to not only sustaining existing processes but continuously improving the processes. The Semiconductor Production Technicians will be an invaluable part of the team, empowered to interface and communicate with all members of the production team; ultimately, to ensure all issues are solved effectively and efficiently. Additionally, these team members will provide process and product support to the organization and address production concerns and disposition of production material.

Physical/Environment Requirements
Activities require a majority of time gowned in a cleanroom environment, sitting, standing and walking. Will also spend time in front of a computer monitor. Significant use of hands and arms, plus finger dexterity to reach, point, write, type, operate a computer and other office and manufacturing equipment and tools. Performs tasks that requires good vision (with or without correction) that allows for the inspection of small components and provides good hand/eye coordination. Activities also require significant use of voice and hearing for discussions with other employees. Activities require infrequent lifting and moving of light weight (less than 50 pounds) equipment and fixtures.
Work will require gowning attire and hair/beard covers to maintain a particle free environment. Low to moderate noise level. Minor exposure to chemicals. May work at a desk or workstation for an extended period of time.
