Job Description :

Envision Technology, an innovative business developing and producing advanced electro-optical systems and Small Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (sUAS) for defense and law enforcement applications, is seeking a Program Manager for its sUAS division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing several programs to ensure programs are achieving stakeholders' objectives from a technical, cost, and schedule perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage highly technical sUAS programs within budget and track to milestones.
  • Ensure that Envision's sUAS product developments are aligned with customer technical, regulatory, and other requirements.
  • Identify risk mitigation and critical path to achieve program objectives.
  • Work decisively and independently to achieve program goals, while working closely with peers who are assigned to the program.
  • Responsible for program budget and approval of program purchases.
  • Contribute to proposal submissions, both programmatically and technically.
  • Support new business capture efforts.
  • Contribute to the company's product roadmap development for sUAS and related products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline and/or 5+ years equivalent operational experience with demonstrated subject matter proficiency in sUAS/drone operations, program management, and/or requirements generation.
  • Experience in sUAS/drone business development, program management, engineering, or operations.
  • Hands-on experience with system integration and test is a plus.
  • Experience working in a highly customer-regulated environment (FAA, ITAR, etc.), with a demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex customer standards.
  • Creative thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills during planning and execution of programs.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive self and team to meet goals and objectives of programs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and other external personnel.

  • Applicant must have the ability to work full-time on-site at Envision Technology.
