  • Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
  • Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation
  • Organize and manage large volume discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery requests and subpoenas
  • Conduct legal research and analyze documents related to construction claims
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather information and documentation for cases
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle client communications
  • Assist in preparing responses to various pleadings and filing of documents
  • Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and clarity
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction litigation or related legal field
  • Strong knowledge of construction law and industry practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and document management software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
