What's in It for You?
  • Lead the charge! Manage a team of two and influence the evolution of our HR policies and processes (harmonizing = your new mantra).
  • Own big projects. Oversee delivery of critical HR initiatives and tackle audit and compliance tasks, like RFPs, like a pro.
  • Be the teacher. Develop and deliver training to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate like a boss. Ensure top-tier communication across teams, keeping the People Ops engine humming.
Key Responsibilities (a.k.a. What You'll Rock):
  • Lead and mentor your team like the HR hero you are.
  • Serve as the legal and regulatory guru for managers and senior leaders.
  • Work with our OGC (fancy name for legal experts) to perfect HR policies.
  • Keep us ahead of the curve on compliance, from labor laws to data privacy.
  • Manage onboarding with flair (I-9s don't scare you).
  • Audit and revamp outdated processes (hello, shiny new employee handbook).
  • Build HR Business Continuity Plans worthy of applause.
  • Translate HR data into actionable business insights.
Key Players You'll Work With:
  • The Chief People Officer and Global People Ops Directors
  • HR teams (business partners and centers of excellence)
  • Legal experts (OGC)
  • Internal/external advisors
Your Superpowers:
  • Experience in project management (herding cats optional).
  • Fluency in HR policies, employment law, and compliance.
  • Mastery of HRMS, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Leadership chops to guide teams and build strong relationships.
  • Cool under pressure while managing conflicting priorities.
  • Credentials: Bachelor's in HR/Business + SHRM-CP or PHR certification = mandatory badges of honor.
Nice-to-Haves (a.k.a. Extra Magic Points):
  • Law firm or professional services background (if you can juggle, even better).
  • Proven track record of revamping handbooks and HR systems.
The Nitty-Gritty Details:
  • Salary Range: $97,500 - $142,500 💰
  • Location: USA (this is a shiny new role here, already rocking in the UK).
  • Management Scope: 3-5 direct reports.

If you're ready to steer the HR ship, craft innovative policies, and bring some serious energy to the team, we'd love to hear from you!
