Job Description :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to for regional leadership by providing executive administrative support—including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Welcome office visitors with a friendly demeanor and handle front desk responsibilities as the first point of contact.
  • Coordinate catering needs for lunches, meetings, birthdays, and team events—keeping everyone fueled and happy!
  • Manage mail and packages: distribute incoming deliveries, prepare outgoing mail, and handle FedEx shipping needs.
  • Keep the office running smoothly by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality of shared spaces (conference rooms, kitchens, etc.)—tech-savvy setup included.
  • Act as the office emergency administrator, overseeing emergency supplies, monthly safety checks, and readiness plans.
  • Provide general support to the team and assist with special projects as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

✅ Bachelor's degree (required)

✅ At least 1 year of administrative experience—corporate office preferred

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

✅ Stellar communication skills—both written and verbal

✅ Service-oriented mindset with a knack for building relationships

✅ Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
