Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience with Workday
- Minimum 3 years recruitment experience (must be in the last 18 months) in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment; corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office applications and applicant tracking systems.
- Flexible and creative with a positive, high-energy attitude.
- Social media recruiting skills.
- Understanding of federal and state employment laws.
Additional Desired Qualifications:
- Technical recruitment experience in upstream, midstream and chemicals.
- Certified sourcing professional. Familiar with Boolean Search and sourcing online databases and social media sites.
