The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for the daily account management and support to assigned Unwired/Reseller Account Executives. We are looking for candidates with the ability to build and maintain relationships across Advertising Agencies and Clients to assist our sales staff succeed in this rapidly evolving environment.Key Responsibilities:Support 1-2 Unwired/Reseller Account Executives and planners, as well as serve as back-up for sales assistants on vacation, out of the office or otherwise absentDaily account management including order entry, flow charts, brand allocations, and provide excellent customer serviceResolve billing discrepanciesDevelop and maintain relationships with agency counterpartsWork with Traffic, Pricing & Inventory, Finance, Marketing and other departmentsAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or trainingSkills and Qualifications:Must be detail oriented and have excellent computer skillsStrong written and oral communicationTeam oriented and strong multi-tasking skillsStrong Google Suite skillsVisa sponsorship not available for this roleSalary RangesCompensation: $23.82/Hour - $34.05/HourBenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan
