Your Role You will be the primary system support between IT, regional operations management, and warehouse floor users as it relates to order, SKU, location management, system troubleshooting/support, and issue escalation of warehouse-related system issues. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your information systems knowledge to help drive system efficiency for our warehouse.Your Responsibilities You will be the primary support for local site system operational issuesBasic troubleshooting of order and stock management issuesWork with users on preventative action based on your findingsSupport with ticket creation, issue escalation, and follow-upWarehouse location and customer article maintenanceIdentify process changes that will impact system documentationHardware troubleshooting such as printers, RF guns, and networkSupport release management activities by testing new functionality, verifying document changes, and moreTrain and support local users regarding coordinating reporting requirementsParticipate in training led by the IT team to be able to provide the first level of supportYour Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience1years of technical experience working with 3PL products including WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and OMS (Order Management Systems)1years of operations experience working in warehousing or a supply chain environment1years of experience working with Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, or JDA is preferred2 Openings:For one the work days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesdays, with Sundays and Wednesdays off. Hours on Saturday are 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, all other days are 11 AM to 7 PM. For the other role the days are Monday through Friday, work days start at either 2 or 3 PM and go eight hours from there..
