Position Description

* Aware of the safety, quality, and production of the team.

* Ability to learn skill sets including caulking, installation of unit parts/components, labeling, cleaning for audits, etc

* Ability to use power tools such as grinders, screw guns, caulking guns, etc

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

* Ability to bend down and reach up.

* Ability to read a tape measure.

* Ability to work at heights, either via ladder or fall protection.

* Assist the team in decision making, problem solving, and continuous improvement process.

* Perform duties as needed associated with the performance of the work cell.

* Must be able to learn and perform all jobs within a team.

* Demonstrate an absolute commitment to safety

* Assist in identifying and resolving problems.

* Perform any additional duties as required.

* Complete ongoing training as required.

Qualifications:

* Willingness to learn all tasks required to perform the job.

* Willing to work overtime as needed.

* Basic mechanical aptitude to use equipment and maintain general understanding of business process.

* Ability to perform work in a varied environment (Examples: on ladders, in high places, in confined areas).

* Knowledge of and willingness to comply with all general work rules, policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and procedures.

* Good teamwork skills.

* High school diploma or GED.

* Ability to identify routine problem causation and correct routine problems.

* Basic math skills.

* Commitment to performing quality work.

* Ability to learn to operate all equipment associated with the job; including, but not limited to, power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.
