Job Description :
The Compliance Audit Manager is responsible for developing internal audit plans and auditing/monitoring of the OGHS compliance program, including managing a wide range of external audits and investigations from Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-parties. This position interacts with many areas within OGHS to assure compliance with billing regulations. The Compliance Audit Manager supervises the compliance staff responsible for auditing coding and billing practices, and focused audits identified through risk assessments and annual work plans. This position provides support and assistance to the Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Bachelor's in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or other Healthcare program required.
  • Preferred Certifications: RHIA, CCS, or CHC
  • Minimum 3 years of auditing experience required.
  • 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
