WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
- Build trust and personal relationships with seniors
- Assist seniors with all ADL's, especially helping with bathing, toileting/incontinence care, and evaluation of vital signs and changes in condition in seniors
- Learn and engage seniors with memory-loss in games, mind & coordination activities, and in reflecting and enjoying the best memories they can recall
- Delivering all the activities of a custom-designed care plan, and communicating changes and developments hand-in-hand with care managers
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Professional caregiving experience: At least 1 year [those with volunteer, family member, or classroom-only caregiving experience are still considered]
- Must be a Registered Home Care Aid (HCA)-- (If not, we'll show you how!)
- Eligibility to work in the US
Salary Description$18.50-$21.50/hr
