The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to support the property management team and foster a positive community environment.Check out our Company and Community reviews!If you are interested in having quick chat about this position, click apply now and we will reach out to you shortly!RequirementsTo thrive in this role:1+ years experience managing manufactured housing or multifamily communities of 100+ unitsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team membersKnowledge of leasing and rental processes, including preparing, processing, and tracking leases and renewals. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate filing systems for resident documents, invoices, and property recordsExperience with coordination maintenance requests, logging work orders, and following up with residents and maintenance teamsProficiency in scheduling and calendar management to coordinate community events, meetings, and maintenance appointmentsAbility to handle conflict resolution, complaints, and provide a high level of customer service tailored to the community demographicBe able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the propertyFamiliarity with property management software and standard office tools to efficiently manage daily tasksMust have a valid driver's licenseBonus Skills:Bilingual preferred (Spanish)BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, 4 weeks PTO, Health Savings Account, Referral ProgramAwesome Company Culture
