As the Talent Lead, reporting to the Head of People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our generational culture by connecting, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent. This role is all about action and collaboration - you'll be hyper-focused on actively recruiting the best of the best to join our mission. This role requires a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of talent acquisition in high-growth environments. You will partner with hiring managers across the org to design a world-class candidate experience, craft clear and exciting role descriptions, and ensure quality feedback at every milestone. Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Head of People to develop and execute a comprehensive headcount plan for 2025 and beyond, aligning talent acquisition with POSH's growth objectives.

* Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Conduct proactive outreach and manage the recruitment process to maintain a pipeline of exceptional candidates for high-impact roles, upholding a high standard for talent.

* Process Optimization: Use data-driven insights to refine processes, enhance efficiency, and create scalable strategies that support the development of a world-class team.

* Policy Development: Establish standardized recruitment policies, SOPs, and candidate evaluation frameworks across all functions across the organization, ensuring alignment with leadership and consistent implementation.

* Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads and hiring managers, playing a meaningful part in the hiring process for our most high-leverage roles.

* Talent Brand: Oversee the development of POSH's talent brand in collaboration with the Marketing team, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

* Internal Recruitment Capability: Transition recruitment efforts in-house by developing a robust talent acquisition team, reducing reliance on external agencies.

* Own and optimize employer branding efforts: Manage the careers page, ensure consistent company descriptions across all roles, and collaborate with Marketing to create engaging hiring landing pages that showcase 'Life at POSH.'

* Offer Management: Draft and negotiate compelling offers, ensuring compensation and benefits remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

* International Engagement: Manage the end-to-end sponsorship process for international candidates with help from company counsel.

Who You Are

* Experienced Talent Acquisition Professional: You have years 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition within the tech industry, preferably in growth-stage startups, with a proven track record of recruiting world-class talent.

* Results-Oriented: You have demonstrated success in implementing initiatives that drive meaningful impact, with experience securing leadership buy-in and executing strategies effectively.

* Versatility: You possess a strong understanding of both technical and non-technical recruiting, with the ability to adapt priorities based on evolving company objectives.

* Data-Driven Decision Maker: You make informed decisions using data, with experience establishing and tracking metrics that define the success of recruitment processes.

* Adaptable and Strategic: You thrive in dynamic, startup environments, seamlessly transitioning between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

* Strong Communicator: You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels and foster strong relationships.

Compensation

* Salary - $130,000-$150,000
