Job Summary

The Operations Experience Ambassador is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members. The Operations Experience Ambassador will support our customers and clients. They will assist either at the service desk directly or in conference/meeting rooms. They will have a level of expertise to assist all visitors quickly and can readily jump in to assist meetings when needed.

Job Responsibilities:* Provide personalized and exceptional internal and external customer support with an emphasis on elevated hospitality per local Workplace standards. * Assist with any workplace position while showcasing a willingness to help wherever needed. * Intermediate knowledge of A/V technology and comfortable with supporting A/V needs. * Greet employees and visitors, welcome clients with a smile and maintain eye contact through the entire interaction. * Provides on-site welcome and assistance throughout scheduled shift for all in-house clients. * Ensure all common areas, including meeting rooms, focus rooms and caf, are clean, tidy and well-organized.* Restock and organize caf supplies, including snacks, coffee, tea, dishware, etc.* Maintain coffee machines, ensuring they are clean and in working order.* Track inventory and place orders to ensure sufficient stock levels.* Set up and break down meeting and event spaces, including arranging furniture.* Assist with catering orders and ensure food and beverages are appropriate setup and cleared.* Serve as backup for the Welcome Host by greeting visitors and managing inquiries professionally.* Work with Workplace Team to assist any VIP guests seeking office/meeting room technology support. * Responsible for daily walkthrough of office space and conference rooms to ensure all technology is put away neatly or readily available for any upcoming meetings including client and VIP. * Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest. * Respond to inquiries and anticipates customer/client needs. * Communicate effectively with peers, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communications. * Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates with your team members. * Cross train and support Welcome desk functions * Communicate and interact effectively with all other departments. * Conduct opening and closing walkthroughs when business requires. * Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records. * Other duties as assigned.

Long Description

Key Competencies: * A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering the Rapport standards in all aspects of the Operations Experience Ambassador * The ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and juggling many jobs simultaneously, while constantly interacting with visitors in a public environment. * Excellent listening and oral communication skills. * Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment. * Punctual, dependable and dedicated to achieving operational excellence, down to the smallest of details. * Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. * A consistently professional approach, with a mindset to take ownership and responsibility within and outside ones job domain. * Can think quickly on their feet and complete all tasks, when prompted by the client or guest, in a timely manner. * An aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn about new products and devices. * Ability to lift and move supplies (up to 50 lbs) as needed.* Creative thinker, able to work in tandem with the client on new ideas, projects, etc. * At least 2 years of work in a professional environment providing customer support and administrative assistance.
