Safeguard assets of the companyEnforce company security regulations and security department policies and procedures as directed by the Safety and Security Manager, Shift Supervisor or Lead Officer.Perform all security related duties for the casinoEscort all transfers of money and/or chipsPatrols all sections of the casino to identify safety hazards and breaks in security.Conduct investigations on reported incidents as directedInvestigate employee fraud against the company and customers as directedInvestigate accidents reports as directedAny reasonable request made my ManagementMeet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litterPerform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.Maintain proper department uniform, appearance and grooming stands.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be physically able to stand and walk for long periods of time regardless of weather conditions. Previous public relations and/or hospitality security experience is desirable. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must have Security Experience. LANGUAGE SKILLSMust be able to effectively communicate in English.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. COMPUTER SKILLSMust have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
