Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining your station(s), promptly notifying management of any issues or product needs, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and service areas.You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down your station(s), cleaning refrigerators and the line during the day, and maintaining a tidy work environment. Adhering strictly to SAGE's safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices (HACCP), will be essential to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
